What is your role at Creative Risk Solutions?

To assist Account Executives in administration processes and to provide on-going support to our commercial and corporate clients, the servicing of existing accounts and the retention of renewals, all whilst keeping our clients’ best interests as the focus.

What are your areas of expertise?

My previous experience has given me a varied insight of the commercial insurance industry due to the variation of products and businesses that I have encountered, but I am particularly interested in hospitality as well as professional indemnity risks, especially within the engineering, design and tech industries.

When did you join Creative Risk?

I joined Creative Risk in February 2024.

What did you do before?

My first year in the industry was within personal lines, concentrating on underwriting processes. I then ventured into the commercial side where I worked as an SME New Business Account Executive.

Which has been the most interesting project you’ve worked on in the past year at CRS?

I have enjoyed working with my colleagues on the bigger hospitality businesses that we hold. It’s very interesting to see how much work goes in to maintaining policies of those magnitudes.

What are your interests outside work?

Playing golf, watching the F1, listening to music and podcasts and spending time with friends and family.
