What is your role at Creative Risk Solutions?
I assist our Managing Director, Finance Director and Brokers in all aspects of administration. I also organise functions, generally keep the office running as smoothly as possible including ensuring that all IT matters are dealt with as quickly as possible.
What are your areas of expertise?
All office administration including completion of client reports to a satisfactory standard.
How many years have you been in the insurance business?
4 Years in insurance office administration.
When did you join Creative Risk?
I joined the business in 2009.
What did you do before Creative Risk?
I worked for a Building Surveyor as PA to the Director. I have been in PA roles throughout my career.
Which has been the most interesting project you’ve worked on while at Creative Risk?
The move to our new office. Dealing with so many aspects of the move, working to tight deadlines, helping to redesign the new office and settling the staff into their new environment was something that was very challenging but hugely enjoyable. I’ve also enjoyed assisting with business development, which included speaking to prospective clients.
What are your interests outside work?
I enjoy spending time with family, friends and socialising with pool colleagues. I also enjoy caravanning, travelling, cycling, painting (artistic type – time permitting) and gardening.
