We appointed Creative Risk Solutions as our insurance broker in 2009. The team at Creative are the only dedicated media brokers in Wales, with a wealth of experience gained from working with S4C and BBC.

During the initial Broker Review, they demonstrated knowledge of our sector and focused on our needs, both operationally and from a risk perspective.  In terms of service, the team are available virtually 24/7 to deal with any queries and will always give us a commercial considered view.  They understand our business and the insurance programme is designed to meet our needs.  They always look to include additional benefits in terms of cash flow and reward for a well managed business.

We work very closely with Creative; they are almost an extension to our business and have demonstrated a refreshing approach to working in partnership.
